Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! It took them 2 weeks to get me a quote for service work on a fire alarm system(replacing 1 part). I approved the quote within a day or two. It has now been a month since i have heard anything from anyone. I have called there office multiple times and can only get to the receptionist. I was able to talk to who i believe was to be one of the managers and he was real brief with me and told me he would try and move some schedules around to help me out...a week went by and I once again did not hear from anyone. Just horrible, horrible service. From now on when i need service on a Mircom Panel i will pay for someone to come from out of town.
