Annoying... not in terms of the organisation itsel...

Annoying... not in terms of the organisation itself, the hospitality industry as a whole.. the management has poor communication skills but i'm not going to rant on that - they are not a British agency so i know simple English is a barrier.

It's the pay and the violence and bullying of going to the hotels they send that makes me angry. I'm fed up with these so called 'five star hotels' , with restaurant managers shouting and screaming abuse at me and others. The hotels I've been working are quite similar to the tv programme Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. It makes me feel like i should punch the managers but i have to be professional to keep cool and do the job. They deduct a lot of pay if you use the management app 'gig' which is a joke overall.

I don't mind travelling to different hotels, is just most of the workers and managers that you find in most of the hotels sent will piss you off to the point that you would rather punch them as they don't know how to co-operate without the use of aggression
