The Lithia Service Dept. always does an outstanding job of taking care of my 4Runner, and me. The Service Dept. employees always remember me, and are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Kudos go to Russ McGuire, who took care of me, yesterday, and also to David Wright, who is always a joy to visit with. Also, Hannah, who shuttled me home and back, was delightful. I've always received great service from Lithia!
