Very friendly staff who is willing to help you going through your paperwork and they makd sure you understand what you have to do. They help you even if you did not came with an appointment. When you have filled the form for your IRD number and have all the attached documents needed you can go directly to a post office to drop them with a counterperson at the desk. Very clever and easy!
