Served as a trustee for a building that Faircape was in charge of. After years of lacklustre service and several issues, we decided to move to another property management company. Faircape conveniently forgot to tell our new managing agent that they received an electricity account for our building (which has obviously gone unpaid). The counsel shut off the electricity to the block this morning as a result of Faircape's omission.

What remains unanswered is why Faircape let us know about one electricity bill and not the other? Wouldn't recommend them to anyone - but don't take my word for it. Look at the other reviews.
