I now have more than a year of experience with Haufe Lexware "faktura + job". No other software annoyed me anymore. Although I had already asked for professional help for the setup, there were always problems. Even on a freshly installed Windows, you had to fumble in the depths of the operating system (registry) for the program to run properly. On my 4K monitor, parts of the writing can only be seen with a magnifying glass. The subscription management requires completely unnecessary clicks and waiting times for each individual (!) Invoice dispatch u. v. m.

But I am completely stunned by the arrogance of the support and the way of doing business. Basically I have no problem with the fact that the hotline is chargeable. However, if an error occurs after an update and after a long consultation the service employee finally recommends that the 0900 fees be reimbursed, then I do not understand why the employee responsible only offers me a partial reimbursement with the "argument , He couldn't decide more. As a matter of principle, my objections are not dealt with, instead they are stubbornly followed through. After I have finally made the requested partial payment for the sake of peace, I am still threatened with debt collection because I did not accept the partial refund offer in good time and of course now I also want "reminder fees". I find it sad how Haufe-Lexware deals with its customers. Mind you: I have a subscription and otherwise I always pay the support without hesitation.

Since I have better things to do, they get their money. But in my opinion, she really deserved the 1-star review.
