The security amount was withdrawn from me in the amount of 2000 pounds with my Saudi card and until now it has not been returned to me knowing that the time I left the hotel the receptionist used to say after 14 working days it will go to your account and now I have almost more than 8 months! And now I am in Saudi Arabia, and I could not find a solution
