My husband and I ate here last night, and it was outstanding! We have been staying close by and well... some of the restaurants where we were are not good, at all. As well as overpriced and poor quality. But, the Indigo Coastal Shanty...deserves 7 stars!!! The parking was plentiful for the size of the restaurant and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a warm and friendly owner. She sat us immediately and our server was right there too! I had the Wed.Night Special, a sweet baked potato with jerk chicken, kale, cheese, with black beans. My husband ordered the meat loaf. The restaurant was warm and friendly, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was incredible! We were even in such a happy experience that we talked to all of our neighbors at their tables too! The really cool thing is that our sweet and pretty server offered up a bet for us...a game, if you will , that made it a really fun and valuable time... She came up to the table and asked us to pick heads or tails, and we won a free appetizer...the chicken nachos! They were delicious as well! The only thing this place would need is to open more locations!! Hahaahaa! I give it 7 stars!! You wont be sorry if you eat here! I was actually grateful!
