Kelly Waterman Review of Ptera

I don't typically write reviews for anything, but I'm inclined to put a word in for Ptera. Up until them, ISP's have been the most dreaded companies for me to do business with. We all know who and why. Ptera is different. Not only were they the only ISP that was willing/able to provide service at my remote location, but they are a local company that is concerned with their local clients, and the level of service they provide has proven that to me. They've been willing to work with me to customize my services to fit my needs, both personally and professionally, and I've had access to get support from Ptera personnel that I wouldn't have a chance talking to at any other ISP. It's been really refreshing to get that kind of service from an ISP, and I'd recommend them to anyone... not just those that are fed up with their current ISP (#everyone), or those that live far enough away from the fiber to be serviced. Many people feel stuck with the one ISP that is wired to monopolize their territory, and doesn't need to provide good service. Cut the cable and try Ptera.
On top of that, their actual internet service has been very reliable, provides the speed and bandwidth advertised, and they are good about communicating outages and maintenance.
