T. Wright Properties was very helpful with my adult child being a first time renter. We checked into several rentals in town, but they were not friendly to first time renters. Within a week of applying for a property, we were helping our youngest move in. After four weeks the drains in the bathroom were not draining properly and the rental company was contacted. A plumber came as soon as possible and there were no hassles. I m not sure why some of the reviews say the rental company is not helpful and uncaring. That has not been our experience. Thank you T.
