Very poor experience buying a first car with my son. Did not explain the paperwork that we signed well. We did all the paperwork Saturday 3 October 2020 and were ready to pay and pick up the vehicle on Monday 5 October 2020. Ready to pay with personal check, credit card, or debit card and then they asked for the cashiers check. If we were told this was a requirement - they probably should have told us the balance so we could have come more prepared. All of this and not one apology - just blame to us as a first time car buyer.
