Sleezball salesman scams me out of a stereo.

Sleezball salesman scams me out of a stereo.
I bought a Mazda 3 from here back in mid November. The man who sold it to me was friendly and very reassuring. The only thing that put me off about him is that he had a Playboy bunny pinball machine in his office and I'ma 22 year old female so you can only imagine how I felt buying a car from him. The car is perfectly fine which is lucky for me, except the anti theft lock on the $700 Pioneer stereo was locked by a password that they didn't have the password for. I told the man that I didn't feel comfortable with buying the car if I didn't have the password. The man tells me "Don't worry I'll contact the previous owner and I'll have the password when you come for the car." Three days later I pay for the car and they say they couldn't get ahold of them but to just wait a couple more days. It's been a month and a half and I've called about it five times, everytime someone different tells me that someone will contact me about it. Today I call and finally someone seemed willing to talk to me. I tell him the situation and he proceeds to belittle me by laughing and saying "What do you expect us to do when we don't even know who the previous owner is? What if we can't find them?" I don't know sir, you advertise how much you love Carfax, I thought you'd at least know the previous owner who had an anti theft lock on the car. So in my head you are either going to figure out the previous owner or you refund me the $700 for the stereo you included in the value of the car because it is essentially useless and Pioneer won't help at all either. Secondly if you knew you didn't know the previous owner, why lie to me when buying the car by saying you'd contact the previous owner? Of course I get frustrated, the man just laughed at the fact that I'm stuck with a $700 problem they said they'd fix. He then hangs up on me after I get frustrated annd I haven't heard back since. I guess my dad was right when he warned me to watch out for sleezy car salesman.
