Good Beer, Terrible Service

My family and I visited the brewery this past weekend and encountered terrible service from the "wait" staff and rude bar tenders. The food is meh, no silverware at the table, no customer service. I guess Wachusett Brewing Company goal is to pack as many people in and extract as much money as they can with as little customer care/service as possible. Wachusett Beer has come along way since Thursday nights at Partner's Pub in Fitchburg, too bad they lost their soul.
