I contacted AMP Security because we had a recent power outage and my battery was low. After the power came back on, my cover tamper light would not go out. I contacted AMP Security and the Representative, Zach assisted me. He was very patient and courteous on the phone. He reset my system for me and offered to assist with any other questions that I had.
