Scott king is absolutely the gold standard in customer service. I took my car in for some service at Honda of Frisco and Scott went out of his way to get the service done the way I exactly wanted it. I am very picky and he did not question me or show any judgement whatsoever. All he wanted was to get the job done to my satisfaction. He has the right attitude and temperament to be in a very competitive and service oriented environment. I highly recommend Scott King and Honda of Frisco.
