Very helpful staff. I had a leak in the water main line and they help me through the process to get a bill adjustment. Also the service provided by watersmart is included free of charge (well... you pay it though your water bill of course), but it can alert you of potential leaks feature they become major and expensive. All in all, a great small well run water district that is adopting the latest technologies.
