I had tried a focaccia with cheese and an empty brioche months ago: I was thrilled by the quality of both the sheets. Back in Milan, yesterday, in the same place (the bistro 'in Corso Magenta that sells their products) I took a pizza and a cheesecake: a radically opposite experience. The pizzetta was "can" as they say in Milan, stringy even after heated in the oven; I don't think she was "old" because there were many more on the trays. The cheesecake was sweet and not as sweet as you can (I always wonder if celiacs have to become diabetic, especially considering that there is already a strong predisposition at the base !!), the cream cheese was a mass gnucca, heavy, it tasted only of sugar and did not feel the authentic taste at all; the base in pastry better, at least the butter was felt, but always cloyingly sweet. Not natural but synthetic vanilla (I'm slightly allergic to the synthetic aroma). All this 7.50. Definitely the last time very bad value for money !!!
