This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the WORST com...

This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have ignored complaints, pressured me in to paying more than I can afford, told me that they have listened to complaints calls a month before they were made, refused perfectly good payment offers (threatening credit markers and debt collection agencies if I don't pay more). Their customer services is ABYSMAL, it's a case of "Be a good consumer and pay us more, then go away!" Totally unacceptable. They call you up to 5 times a day, even if they speak to you on the phone, not even 24 hours after a payment fails... to tell you they are collecting it 14 days later, but you have to pay it then and there! And God help you if you complain, you are given guilt trips and told it is basically your fault. If you do a SAR request, you are quizzed as to why you want it and barriers are put up in your way to stop you from accessing it. My heartfelt advice is STEER WELL CLEAR!!! If I could rate in minus figures I would. IF YOU MUST DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, PRINT OUT THE DEBT COLLECTIONS GUIDELINES FROM THE OFT AND KNOW YOUR RIGHT, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A TELEPHONE NUMBER EITHER!!
