im so disappointed with IRD as i have been wanting...

im so disappointed with IRD as i have been wanting to talk to someone about my GST Return issue but no one is answering the call and it goes to voice mail saying to go to website.
For heaven sake, i would like to speak to someone so that its easy for me to understand about GST returns and ird is there to help us all but they are always busy and the voice mail atleast should say to call us tomorow.
It very upsetting when we sometimes want to talk to people rather than emailing them.
