I tried to support other online platforms, not only emag.ro and I chose this site. Big mistake ! I ordered a microSD card that came cracked and malfunctioning. Although I sent the pictures with the card, which was still sealed in the original packaging, they told me from the first phone that: "even if it is cracked it can be functional and that the return is not, IT IS ACCEPTED SO EASY". After unsealing, I tried and the card is NOT FUNCTIONAL. I called them again and they told me that I had nothing to do with them, that I was complaining to them in vain, because I have the duty to unpack the package, to try it in the presence of the courier. In conclusion, DO NOT use this platform. This is my first review and I don't usually do that, for this reason, the above lines certainly have a good reason!
