I ordered my new tires through AMC for which they gave me a hefty discount (a few $ less than I could find them anywhere else) and they came in the next day. They replaced them the following day with mount and balance in about an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I went out of town for that day expecting to be able to pick the bike up in the morning and they failed to inform me they were closed for the next 2 days due to a holiday. I did communicate my intentions to them prior to leaving the bike there. They did try to help me out after realizing the issue, but there was nothing they could do at that point. No issues with the installation, balance, or alignment. The labor seemed a bit much, I think I might drop the wheels off with them next time.
