This is crazy. I live in Pittsburgh and all the way from Pittsburgh, I would not recommend you or anyone to go to the service department of Crown Honda! My sister and her husband are Honda owners . They experience some problems with their Honda and naturally knowing the fine reputation that Honda Corporation has, they went to Crown Honda service department with the expectation that they will be cared for and the service department reflect the core values of the Honda Corporation. It was appalling witnessing just how miserably the manager of the service department failed my family as a consumer. They reached out to Matt, the service manager with the goal of finding a resolution to the problems they were experiencing concerning their vehicle. It was completely disappointing for them to see how unprofessional and condescending he was with them. I think it's interesting as I read the previous comments concerning the service department, the service manager has asked individuals to reach out to him. He even goes as far as to provide a phone number, yet when my family did reach out to him he was completely offencive and combative during the conversation. After witnessing what my family experienced I would recommend that if you are considering this location - reconsider. There are other Honda service departments out there. It may be a drive but I'm sure it would be worth it.
