I just had the BEST experience I have EVER had at a car dealership. My service writer BRENDA went to the moon for me today. I took my car in for a recall fix but the service tech was having some issues with another car which delayed his ability to get my problem fixed. I had an appointment an hour and a half away and BRENDA pulled some strings to get me something to drive in order for me to make my appointment. Mr Johnson should use her as a trainer for ALL of his service writers. I will continue to spread the good word. BRENDA'S customer service is impeccable! THANK YOU!
