Poor customer service. Sales representative performed "Bate and Switch" by knowingly providing incorrect information about health care plan supplemental benefits. Grievance department doesn't actually investigate nor resolve grievances. Then simply relay information to the subject of complaint to respond. Then they create their response to member based on that information and call it a "Resolution". Lack of medical specialist in my area. Refusal to allowing member to get specialist outside their network, even though they have none available in my area. Even when there is an urgent medical issue.
