Horrendous service..... Walked in ready for purcha...

Horrendous service..... Walked in ready for purchase, told Shanjeda secretary on duty ( no name tag to verify but happened on 06/14/18 at around 6:45pm) "I'd like to take one last look at a Acura TL", specifically told her I'd be waiting in the used car lot by the car, waited 10 min, called her to tell her I'm still waiting her response "Oh I thought I sent someone" with a abrupt hang up on her end, called back thinking she accidentally hung up & completely ignored my call. I suppose she looked at my appearance given I had just left the gym not realizing I was a serious buyer. Still love Acura but given the "service" I received I wouldn't recommend giving any referrals or business to this specific dealership.
