My boyfriend goes here and he loves it.
I tried to schedule an appointment about six months ago and I had to hound them every step of the way. At first they wouldn t respond to the calls I was leaving on their new client extension so I began talking to the people at the front desk. They gave me the excuse that there was a waiting list and I waited about a week before I called back and they said they had an opening. Then apparently there was an issue with how limited my schedule was (I don t think any time after three is limited but ok). THEN there was an issue with me paying out of pocket which I have never had before. The woman in charge of these accounts was coincidentally always out of the office and never returned the messages they apparently left for her. Long story short, they suck at calling back.
I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling again. Twice. No one answered either time and a recording asked me to leave my name and number. That was about 4 hours ago and I still have yet to hear from them. It s 2pm now that I m writing this. They really need to work on some things if they want to change my mind about them.
