I wish I had did my due diligence and did research on where the mattress I purchased would be coming from. Not only is the product defective the customer service is far worse than I've ever experienced. I purchased a pillow top mattress from a mattress store in San Diego when I received the mattress not even two weeks later it began to sink. The store replaced the mattress and not even 2 weeks later the replacement was far worse. I file the warranty and got no where kept being told to call back months pass and still transfers and more hold times. Finally after 3 months I was told there's nothing that they can see wrong with my mattress from the pictures. I explained that the sinking is felt while laying in the mattress also explained to the representative that I had a spine injury and seizure condition which lack of sleep affects. Not a care from this company. This is how you treat disabled service members thanks I wish I had went to mattress firm like I did for my daughter and mom's mattress which are perfectly fine. Now I have to spend more money thats what I get for trying to support small business owners.
