We went to the Grain House for my sister's engagem...

We went to the Grain House for my sister's engagement party. Smaller party for family and we had a buffet style selection a combination of Italian and American food. The food was delicious, and well seasoned. It was out in the hallway for us to go and serve ourselves plus a carving station with an employee waiting. The one thing I would have changed was the location of where they put the food since it was by the door for seating outside. Other than that there were no complaints. The room was small but roomy enough for the party to fit in and move around from table to table. The staff made sure everyone had water and whatever else they needed. Plates were consistently cleared from the tables. I believe if you were over 5'9" you had the possibility of hitting your head on the support beam in the middle of the room, but that was known to us before we got there. It was amusing when my uncle hit his head but we did warn him. We had our own little patio outside of the dining area where we were able to socialize and take pictures.(yes you can smoke outside) they provided ash trays and would clean them out when asked. It was a cute place and I would definitely host another party there or even dine/drink at the bar.
