Felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Staff is great. At rocky beach was hard to get service. All restaurants are great. In Elounda eat at Megaro. Hospitality is fantastic. Made friends with Nikki the owner. If you go to Spirolanga go from Epico in placka. 1 euro for boat

Water in the shower went from warm to hot to cold. Did not stay at temperature
Hard to rent a car on property. Hertz associate was never there
