I recently used their services and was pleased with the overall experience. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to find information about their products. However, I found the customer service to be average. The response time to my inquiries was longer than expected. On the positive side, the product quality was good and the delivery was on time. 🤔 Although there is room for improvement in the customer service department, I appreciate the quality of the products. I might consider using them again in the future if they can improve their communication.
