I won't recommend Neto EVER. Poor customer service...

I won't recommend Neto EVER. Poor customer service - average waiting time is more than 2 weeks to fix ONE simple problem (I had to chase the person entire time to remind him as he forgot most of time or he had excuses - never got email back).
Lack of professionality - Most of answer I heard from support team was "ummm I don't know. It's odd". I know it is odd and is not working that's why I need help. I didn't know what to do with the answer. Only thing they suggested me to watch their "video instruction" or sent "Ticket" which I never got the advise back.
I have 100 more reasons why I will NEVER and NEVER recommend Neto. It was frustrating experience and Website hasn't even launched yet (which is more than 3 weeks delay). Do not even want to give them 1 star. It is too rich for them.
