Begrudgingly, came here for an emergency repair. I ve been to this dealership before to purchase. However, the staff had such a dismissive attitude, I ultimately purchased from the New London Hoffman Audi, who was delightful. My mother also received the same regard from staff and she too purchased from another dealership, as a result! Danbury Audi is also wonderful!
I dropped off the vehicle Friday at 5pm for a tire change. It was not ready until 2pm Saturday. I did not expect the repair to take place Friday, however, 6 hours to address a tire change is excessive. The Manhattan dealership had a shorter wait period with even less notice if repair needs and has a much higher volume! Regardless, Michael I. was rude from the start. While dropping off the car, he requested additional information from me to process the repairs warranty. While I was on the phone obtaining the information he interrupted me and announced, I m leaving, it s after 5pm and my shift is over. We can address this tomorrow. It was, however, 4:57 and he still had 3 minutes to go. He texted an apology the next day with the excuse he had to pick up his daughter. While likely, that explanation would have been warranted at the time of departure, not the next day. If a service rep has to leave due to personal obligations, ask a colleague to step into your customer service role.
Additionally, the tech took a video of a 12 point inspection. Nevertheless he failed to inform me another tire on the vehicle required replacing. I picked up the vehicle, drove 2 miles to get gas and noticed the 2nd tire damage. I immediately informed Michael and he implied I damaged it within the 5 minutes after pickup. He told me to refer to the video as proof the damage was not present during service. I reviewed the video and it revealed the damage was there. I forwarded a screen shot of the image to Michael, while blurry, one could clearly see it was damaged. Nevertheless, Michael denied any responsibility.

I scheduled repairs with the New London dealership even though it s 1 hour out of the way. They had me in/ out within 45 minutes. They were kind, punctual and hospitable. Everything East Hartford is NOT! I suggest no one ever go to this dealership. If o could give it negative stars, I would.
