Dealing with the customer support team is frustrat...

Dealing with the customer support team is frustrating. This review is on the back of several unanswered emails and long hold times when you try and phone in.

I wanted to switch my pension to my company account so I had to write in on behalf of my company. So, I wrote in with everything about my company, and waited 10 days.

Afterwards, I called in and asked if they received the letter. They said, "your company has to write in". When I told them I did write in as it's my company, they asked if I wrote it on company headed paper? I said no, he then put me on hold without asking for approx. 45 seconds. (Probably hoping I'd hang up). No I must write in and hope they do something.

A waste of my time for a simple procedure.
