I would give a lower rate if that was possible. My car was towed here from my insurance company for a problem with my alternator. The price to replace was more than average, and a week after service I noticed my cars AC did not work. I had called to tell them something was wrong, was treated like I was inconveniencing them when I asked them to fix it, and was not given any indication that they were concerned about fixing my car from their mistake. After the phone call I had with this establishment, I decided to not be taken advantage of any more and take my car elsewhere. I took my car to the Honda dealer, I now have been out another $110 due to direct damage to my compressor from this establishment as quoted on my bill.
