Worst experience I ve ever had. I agree with most of the reviews. Insurance fraud, messing with your meds for a reason to keep you and run out your insurance. Over crowded. I went to be admitted in the day program but they put me in patient. I ve seen the same psychiatrist and therapist for years. Even they tried to get me released and the doc at Rockford wouldn t even respond. I was locked in, sleeping in the community room because no regular rooms were available. The whole thing made a minor bout of bipolar into a mess. Staff was rude and unavailable. Groups were a joke! So overcrowded time was up just as we finished introductions. When groups were smaller people were allowed to dominate. There was no fair back and forth. Just a complete waste of my time. I was taking a shower and another male patient walked in because the staff wasn t monitoring appropriately. Abosolute nightmare. STAY AWAY!
