I had my first experience with the venue this past weekend and we were told the headliners couldn't make it well after they were supposed to be on stage. I reached out to the venue requesting a refund for the two tickets I purchased as a result and the event staff processed my refund almost immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Having worked for two major music venues in NY, I know that level of customer service is hard to find and I will most definitely be returning as a result! I was initially impressed by the sound quality and general layout of the space and even more so by the response of the venue staff.
