Absolute WORST customer service. Put on hold 4 ti...

Absolute WORST customer service. Put on hold 4 times, each time it directed me back to their automated hell. Finally got an argent that did not put me on hold and was able to get my issue resolved in under a minute. Spent 45 minutes trying to get to agents and 1 out of the 5 could fix it without sending me back through a computer system where it states they pride themselves on customer care. Hogwash. As there is NO option within their automation that states ANYTHING about speaking with someone.
