I am extremely unsatisfied with Tech21 s services....

I am extremely unsatisfied with Tech21 s services. I ordered a customised phone case on the first of December and was told on Tech21 s website that the delivery would take 1-3 days. I was subsequently charged for the amount of the phone case on the same day. Unfortunately, until this day I have not received any information what has happened to my order. After having contacted the customer service, I received a short response after 2 days of my inquiry telling me the order is still processing. This was 12 days after I had placed the order. I subsequently responded and after another 2 days have passed I received a brief response telling me I should contact my bank as the payment has not been successful. However, as I was charged the right amount on the same day I placed the order and had proof of the charge by Tech21, I was very disappointed with this situation. Having informed the customer service about this issue, they told me they would contact me within the next 48 hrs again as they would reach out to the accounting department to try to solve the problem. Unfortunately, I have still not received a response after another 72 hours have passed nor was I given the option to receive a refund. Very very dissatisfied with this situation and would not recommend Tech21 to anyone!!!
