When the time came to find my wedding dress, I was so overwhelmed that I decided to hit Instagram for inspiration. There I stumbled upon a dress I just had to have and voila enter Lakum. I called right away to inquire about the dress, and when I learned that each appointment is a private session, I wasted no time booking their first available. From the moment I stepped into the beautiful Lakum boutique, I felt like an old friend. The entire experience was exceptional. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and extra touches to make the visit very intimate and personal. The collection is exquisite, Sathya and Heather provide the best service I have ever encountered (and I work in the industry). I honestly had not intended on picking "the dress" when I visited Lakum, but after meeting with the ladies and trying on their gorgeous pieces, I had no desire to look any further. Once we finalized the custom details for my dress the process flowed so smoothly, it was by far the easiest part of wedding planning. My dress arrived with plenty of time for last minute alterations and prep for transporting the dress to Texas for the wedding, which the Lakum team handled with zero hiccups.
