The staff was walking around with their masks under their chins, making me very uncomfortable. I've used Posh! for years and have always loved their quality service, but it was very disappointing to see them not taking any precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. There were other clients as well who had their masks off and nothing was said about it. If my technician had not been wearing her mask properly, I would have walked out. I will not be giving my business to Posh! again and would no longer would recommend! I went to get a pedicure because I knew that masks are enforced and I thought I'd be safe. It is unacceptable for your clients to go for a service thinking they'll be protected to get there and realize none of your staff take this seriously.
