I really want to give a higher rating, but I m currently frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a vehicle I saw online. I was excited and felt like the services went well. When I purchased the car there was a scent in it but it wasn t strong so I thought maybe they used some type of disinfectant and it will soon leave. Well after driving my car for about a week the smell got stronger. I had it checked out by a local detail shop and they found water and mildew under the rug. It takes multiple tries to reach someone by phone. Once I received a response I was asked to bring the car back in for a deeper cleaning. Then I also I wanted to know where the water is coming from as well as two other issues I discovered. I took my SUV back and they gave me a small loaner car that s too small for my family to fit in. I was told I could come back on the next business day to get another car but they know I live 2 hours away from the dealership. So I drove the car home last week. Today I still have not received a response or update on my car or when it will be ready. I ve called and left 4 maybe more messages. I finally reached someone in the sales department (they answer those calls) and he said he would have someone call me back. 45 minutes later I m still waiting. It s disappointing because no one has called to update me, I need my car for weekend traveling, I cannot schedule appointments for my job this weekend because I don t know when I will need to go pick up my car. A little communication goes a long way. It would be great if someone from the company would return my call and please give me an update on my vehicle. That s all I m asking.i think this a great place but customer service is key as well as communication.
