Here is some of the things that we experienced,

Here is some of the things that we experienced,
-lengthy room service with out being advised of the wait time
-Jam jars on room service trolley already opened and used
-In the altitude restaurant - detestation menu - getting wine from sommelier after meals had arrived, gave us the feeling that we were not as important as other guests
- Waiter in altitude restaurant was friendly but clearly out of his depth and did not really understand the dishes or wine he was explaining
-Anna's deserts in the lobby restaurant were stale (Disappointed, as Annas deserts were the main reason we wanted to stay at Shangri-la)
-told by concierge that we had to come down stairs before they would get our car
-came down stairs waited 20 mins only to find out our car was there the whole time (frustrating)

Good things:
- check in staff were really friendly, helpful and made us and our kids feel welcome
- Turn down staff were lovely & room service ladies were also efficient and did a great job at tidying the room
- External baby sitting service was excellent
