Absolutely beautiful hotel great location and view...

Absolutely beautiful hotel great location and views. But staff is a hot mess they don't communicate, and we're very inefficient. I specifically told the front desk that I was having a late night and would probably sleep in past the checkout time they assured me that this wasn't a problem. Come 11am I was bombarded with phone calls and knocks at the door. Finally a guy who claimed to be maintenance came to the door but it was clear that he was Strong Arm Security under the cover as maintenance. He knocked so hard and so aggressively that I thought it was the damn police, he then demanded that I open the door and then treated me like I was some sort of criminal when I did. All of this could have been avoided if the staff simply communicated with its other shifts. Not to mention when I got there to check in the room that I was supposed to go to they switched up on me without notifying me so I went to the wrong room when I got back from the casino. So after an inefficient check in that took nearly a half hour, when I got back from the casino I had to wait another half hour to get another room. This place is great but they really need to get their staff together, they seem understaffed and don't communicate well.
