l was amazed by Adam Bettison from HouseSmart, who sold my property less than 40 days from the 1st and the only 1 home open organised, a couple of offers made within 4 days, 3 weeks to wait for finance to be approved and 2 weeks for Settlement. He is so confident and so well experienced in his job as a selling agent that gave me no hassles or stress at all during the whole process.
