Alberta based contractor, bought a 60 inch fan for a customer and the fan did not work. They offered to send out a new remote and see if that worked, it did not fix the problem. They then offered to send out a replacement motor and had our electrician install it, wrong part. They sent out the correct part and it still didn't work, they finally sent out a new fan and promised to cover all my electricians cost for the customer. We appreciated them covering that cost as it was over $500, then the cheque is in the mail routine which has gone on for the past 4-5 months...now the rep Matt Stocks is not returning his calls and the customer is very upset over a fan purchase ordeal that has lasted over 1 year now...brutal !
