I entered into an Option period to purchase a home...

I entered into an Option period to purchase a home, and come to find out through inspections that there was 2 previous electrical fires in the attic which were attemped to be concealed by nailing new wood to the burned wood during a recent re-roof, and siding replacement. This information was not disclosed on the Sellers Disclosure. I brought this to the attention of the listing agent (Julie McCoy), and the broker (Karen King), and neither seem to see an issue with the fraudulent demeanor by the Seller (Xavier Gonzalez). I requested to have the $100 Option money refunded and they refused, as I would not have placed an offer on a property with fire damage which was caused by electrical issues (that still exist). This is very shady, and unethical behavior to say the least. The Disclosure has still yet to be updated to bring this to the attention of another potential buyer, and as such, I will be reporting both the Agent and Broker for ethics violations, and to the BBB. DON'T TRUST ANY OF THESE SHADY PEOPLE - BUYER BEWARE.
