Great location close to all major sights in Venice...

Great location close to all major sights in Venice. Only 10 minute walk to Dorsoduro and Cannaregio if you want to get a little further from the crowds. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Views from canal side rooms cannot be beat. (Pics taken from small balcony off room.)
