My girlfriend bought her new car from here, and we have no complaints with it or the Service team. But the Sales team was... disappointing. We had a great sales experience, and they were willing to repair some scratches we noticed after the test drive at no cost to us. We just had to get it done before the end of October.

But when my girlfriend tried to schedule the repair, we got the run-around. Trying to get them to respond to emails or give us updates was like pulling teeth. They kept dragging out the process so much, she was about ready to file a complaint.

The Service team treated us well even though they knew it was a comped repair. The Sales team stopped caring for the customer the second they drove off.
