I have proof that I:
- Cancelled FETCH TV 7 months ago
- Downgraded from NBN 100 to NBN50 6 months ago
Your staff is agreeing that I did cancel and for 7 months they are processing the cancellation.
Your staff also said I will receive a refund once the cancellation has gone through?
7 months later I'm still paying full price for everything? Surely this is a joke?
Every month I'm on the phone and get the same empty answers?
Come on IINET, you used to have local Perth phone support that used to fix my issue in 1 hour.
You are making a loyal customer that has used you for 10 years your worst enemy!
Consider the following actions:
- hire a lawyer
- contact consumer affairs (ACCC)
- contact local ombudsman
