Expensive and a poor service. They lost my mail for a over a month, which I never got back, although they gave me a refund for that month to apologise.

Also, unhelpfully, they choose to close their front desk for the whole week between Christmas and New Year, meaning you won't be able to get your business mail between mid-late December and early January. Hardly helpful for fast-paced new businesses they say they support.

My advice would be to check out the 3M Buckley innovation center in Huddersfield, which is a far superior choice.
